Hartford, Conn. August 1, 2017 – Hassett & Donnelly, P.C., an insurance defense trial practice firm, announced today that Colleen Garlick has joined the firm as an attorney in its Hartford office.
Ms. Garlick’s practice focuses on construction defect, professional liability and insurance coverage analysis. She previously worked as an associate at an established defense firm in New Haven, Connecticut.
Her bar admissions include the State of Connecticut (2014) and the United States District Court, District of Connecticut (2014).
Ms. Garlick received her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2014, graduating cum laude and serving as Articles Editor for the Michigan State Law Review. She was also a member of the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Board competing in competitions in Cleveland, Ohio and San Antonio, Texas. In 2010, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication, magna cum laude, from Boston University.
She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, New Haven County Bar Association and Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). She currently serves as the Law School Outreach Director on the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
