Stanley Shea
Mr. Shea's practice focuses on civil litigation including products liability, premises liability, municipal liability and insurance fraud investigation and litigation. In this capacity, Mr. Shea has successfully served as lead counsel on numerous jury and bench trials. Mr. Shea has also participated extensively in arbitrations and mediations and has sat as a panel member for civil arbitrations. Mr. Shea has also utilized his advocacy skills to argue cases before both the Appeals Court and the Appellate Division of the District Court.
Mr. Shea has been admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1997 and has previously practiced in Ohio.
He earned his J.D. from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio and his B.S. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts in 1989.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
