Danielle M. Maloney
Ms. Maloney is experienced in general and commercial litigation, and complex alternative dispute resolution, with a concentration in personal injury defense, equine liability, professional liability focusing on insurance agent and broker liability, premises liability, construction litigation and insurance coverage.
Ms. Maloney earned her J.D. from the New England School of Law in Boston after earning her B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford. While at New England School of Law, she served as an executive editor of the New England Law Review.
She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Massachusetts.
