Matthew G. Lindberg
Mr. Lindberg carries a diverse case load, representing individuals and corporations at all stages of litigation. His practice brings him before courts throughout the Commonwealth. From 2000 to 2002, he served as a member of the Worcester Conservation Commission. Prior to joining the firm, he taught criminal law as a visiting lecturer at Tufts University. His work has been cited by The Massachusetts Law Reporter and by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
His practice areas include Civil Litigation, Premises Liability, Real Property disputes, Municipal Law, Construction Litigation, Environmental Litigation, Asbestos Litigation and Products Liability.
His bar admissions include the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1996 and United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, in 2001.
Mr. Lindberg earned his J.D. at Boston University School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts, in 1996, his M.A. (in International Relations) from Boston University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Boston, Massachusetts, in 1996 and his B.A. from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts, in 1992.
He is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
