John A. Girouard
Mr. Girouard brings a variety of complementary skills to the firm, having an extensive background in litigation, entrepreneurship and real estate management. He also has extensive experience with complex Massachusetts Consumer Protection Statute (M.G.L. c. 93A) Litigation, "no-fault" and contract claims. He has argued successfully before judges and juries, and has steered cases in mediation and arbitration to satisfactory conclusions.
Mr. Girouard's practice areas include Civil Litigation, Business Litigation, Landlord/Tenant Issues, Insurance claims and Real Estate Litigation.
He is a member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester Bar Association. He is also a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker.
Mr. Girouard earned his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, N.H. and his B.A. in Political Science from Plymouth State College.
