Gerard T. Donnelly
In addition to his more than twenty years of litigation experience, Mr. Donnelly brings to our firm a further ten years of experience as a claims adjuster and manager. This comprehensive knowledge of the subject, along with his deep background in investigation and claims, carries much advantage to his extensive litigation practice. Mr. Donnelly's practice areas include Civil Litigation, Products Liability, Municipal Liability, Construction Litigation, Environmental Litigation, Insurance Coverage Litigation, Workers Compensation and Massachusetts Tort Claims Act (M.G.L. c. 258) Litigation.
Mr. Donnelly was admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1989 and that of the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, in 1989.
He earned his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law, Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1988, and his B.A. from Worcester State College, Worcester, Massachusetts, in 1976.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Worcester County Bar Association.
