John M. Dealy
Mr. Dealy's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, construction, business tort, and municipal litigation. Mr. Dealy also brings significant experience in Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury litigation to the firm. He has served as lead counsel in numerous bench and jury trials throughout the Commonwealth, and has appeared before the Department of Industrial Accidents.
His practice areas include Civil Litigation, Business Litigation, Premises Liability, Worker's Compensation, Municipal Law and Construction Litigation.
Mr. Dealy's bar admissions include the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2001 and United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, in 2001.
He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, in 2000, and his B.S. from Boston College, Boston, Massachusetts in 1997.
Mr. Dealy is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
