Sarah B. Christie

Ms. Christie handles a wide variety of disputes in federal and state court and has substantial expertise in handling construction litigation and mold-related personal injury and property damage claims. She regularly practices before all courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has successfully served as lead counsel in numerous bench and jury trials and arbitration panels, as well as in matters pending in Connecticut state courts. Her practice areas include Civil Litigation, Construction Litigation, Mold and Toxic Tort Litigation, Massachusetts Consumer Protection Statute (M.G.L. c. 93A) Litigation and Insurance Coverage Litigation. Ms. Christie was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers–Rising Stars Edition 2009.

Her bar admissions include the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1994, the State of Connecticut in 1998 and United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, in 1996.

She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, D.C., in 1994, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Amherst, Massachusetts, in 1991.

She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Worcester County Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association.

In 2009, Ms. Christie served on the late U.S. Senator Edward M. Kennedy's advisory committee to recommend candidates for U.S. Attorney, U.S. Marshal and U.S. District Court Judge for the District of Massachusetts.
