Peter G. Barrett
Mr. Barrett's practice focuses on the defense of general liability claims, including motor vehicle claims and construction site injury claims.
He has more than 15 years of experience in the field, and has been responsible for the litigation defense in hundreds of cases in Massachusetts and Connecticut, handing each case from inception to post-trial appeals and policy interpretation.
Mr. Barrett earned his J.D. from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in Houston, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Business Associations and Sports Law. He earned his B.S. from the University of Hartford in West Hartford, Conn.
He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, District of Connecticut and the United States Bankruptcy Court.
